Service Policy
​At Love Your Lashes & Skin, we welcome new clients with existing lash extensions from other artists when our schedule allows. Foreign fills (lash sets done by another lash tech or salon) are considered when time permits after prioritizing our loyal, existing clients. All foreign fills are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure they meet our quality standards and are safe for your natural lashes. During your appointment, we will assess the condition of your lashes to determine if a fill is possible. If the existing work is incompatible with our products, techniques, or compromises your natural lash health, we may recommend a full removal and new set. In some cases, we may respectfully decline the service. Your lash health and satisfaction remain our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and trust.

A deposit is required to secure appointments for new clients, foreign fills (lash work done by another artist), and clients who have previously missed or canceled an appointment without proper notice. This helps us protect our artists’ time and ensures a smooth booking experience for all clients. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service total at checkout.

If you have any concerns with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can review and advise next steps.

All services are by appointment only. If you need to cancel an appointment we require 48 hours notice in order to avoid a service charge of $50.00. New clients may be asked to provide credit card information to hold appointment times. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and with as little makeup as possible in order to receive full benefits of the service. In order to experience complete relaxation we ask that you keep your cell phones turned off and leave your children at home unless they have an appointment.
